Not following requests

Good day. I was noted on a policy as a main driver from Aug 2022 until April 2023. During this time I had no claims on the policy. I am now obtaining my own insurance and was asked for a NCB for the period I was noted. Each time I request this, they are sending me the policy holders claims history. This policy is for me and not the policy holder so I would like the correct ncb for myself for the period I was noted!
