Norman Burness Client Services at Momentum - Excellent service
While I have had shocking dealings from Momentum in the past, and most recently no headway after weeks of emailing, I must give credit where credit is due: Norman Burness took my call today, he was attentive, professional and resolved my issue swiftly. Momentum needs more agents like this on their team. Thank you very much Norman.
