Non-existent customer service from Momentum Insurance
If you are considering options for car insurance, kindly note that Momentum Car Insurance should not be on top of the list. We have a claim lodged mid-Jan 2023 and no feedback from Momentum Insurance at all ever-since. There was trauma experienced with the incident and on two occasions they had failed to honour counselling/debriefing virtual sessions.
