No way forward on delayed claim

I had a burst water pipe in April 2017. Since then Alexander Forbes has been dragging their feet in trying to get the issue resolved. The claim was eventually approved for removing the existing ceilings , cupboards and carpets. I have an infant and I am unable to relocate including moving my belongings during all these repairs. To add to the complications there has been little clarity on who will manage the two different contractors and additional details like alarm and electrical cabling in the cupboards and ceilings. Ultimately Alexander Forbes needs to accept liability for these items if they damaged , needs to manage the job fully and I need assurance that this will be case. I have requested a settlement or to delay the job until I have returned to Durban but to date my advisor Tsakani Bekwa has not provided any way forward. I am a new customer and this leads me to think that I have made a terrible choice by moving to Alexander Forbes if I am going to have this much drama every time I claim.
