No service

I have taken short term insurance and Kuda Maviga assisted me. However when I received the policy document and after perusing some found that there was endor*****ts on the policy of which i was never informed of. Also the debit order was presented for paymene before the date I had requested which left my account in overdraft. I have addressed various emails to Kuda to explain but a.m still waiting. I am so disgusted and regret having taken out this policy. It seems that employees at Alexander Forbes does not work.
