no service

i called aforbes on the 14/01/2018 from 8.01 in the morning and got speaking to Zama Khoza i was given the number for the claims department and have been calling since 8.15-12.00 and hav no assistance i gt thru at 10.00 and was cut off . i got thru at 12.00 and gt thru to 3 people and was placed on hold immediately for a manager before i even query anything .
