NO RESPONSE

Hi, On Thursday 2nd of April at about 00:59 I tried to call the 24 Hour roadside assistance helpline ***. I had to hold for more than 20 minutes to get assisted. I decided to hang up as I don't think it takes that long to get help. I thought this is a 24/7 helpline but no assistance. I had to pay R650 for a towing truck to move my car to my house but I pay a monthly premium to get assistance. What was going to happen if I was in a dangerous place. I would been ****** or even hijacked. Please can someone explain to me why does it take that long to get assistance or the call centre staff that day was sleeping as Friday was a holiday. I'm thinking of even moving my car insurance cover to a reliable company.
