No responce

I received my vehicle yesterday at the panelbeaters only to find somethings are damaged. there's a windscreen crack on the side of the repairs, the smash & grab on the car is also damaged further more my vehicle lights are not all operating as before and the I-stop system on my mazda is also not working. Sent an email yesterday at 13:23 still no answer, from the advisor that was helping me with the claim. Called this morning at 8 still no assistance because the advisor was busy on another called its been 3hours now. I am still waiting
