No one cares about us oldies

I have been trying to get my iPad repaired Sent pics and asked if the could help Even sent quotes from cell crazy .Over 5 weeks nothing,phoned three times make you wait while the transfer you all over the place.Then you finally talk to them and they promise will get someone to phone .One guy phoned my iPhone faulty Sent him 6 messages saying I am at home disabled have to have hip Op .please call me Sent him message asking if he would call me this year or next ???
