No feedback on finalizing claim

I am very upset with the service we are receiving. Our claim no is Claim 778/500346. We have to date still not finalized this claim and this accident happened on 15 January 2015. Every time I phone it I get the same response, the claim is with Legal department. This is a 3rd party claim, and we want to fix our vehicle. Tevin Mkhabela is of no help at all. He does not even take the time to respond to my emails. I received 2 emails from him, confirming he received my documentation. I've never in my life experience this terrible service. Now he is on leave. Can someone please finalize this matter in order for us to be paid out to fix our vehicle.
