NO FEEDBACK NO RESPONSE TO A QUERY

I have a major concern regarding my Policy. Number one is the way the agents speak to me as a person. I requested a hard copy of my insurance policy and then she sent it through to me but I did not look at the person's name that sent it to me, I was just concerned about my policy because for some time now I am restless about my policy. So when I received it via email I phoned again and they automatically put me through to Simone Juluis. So that is why I thought and still believe I was talking to her this morning when I requested my policy. The person who now Simone told me was defnitly not her because she was not at work for 3 months and then I said but did you come back today, and she still rep**** yes but you did not speak to me? Well I do not care who I spoke to anyway and why the big fuss because i just needed to get my policy sorted out that was my main concern. <br> I have a few requests please.<br> i have sent emails to Colin twice but i get no reply. i need answers<br>
