No feedback and very slow turn-around time

I have been insured with Alexander Forbes for 6 months. My broker previously was Irene Boshoff. What a pleasure it was dealing with her. She responded to mails within minutes and made changes and amendments to my policy without any flaws. Unfortunately I was handed over to Elsie Mothapo. Her response or the lack thereof is appalling, I took delivery of my new vehicle two weeks ago and it was a battle to get her to correct the address on the confirmation of cover. I requested this on the Monday, the Wednesday when I called to find out as to what was happening she informed me that the confirmation was still stuck In her outbox, she will delete some mails. Still only hours after this conversation I received this. This morning I sent her a mail asking to please add Contents in Transit cover as I'm moving this weekend. I have not received any feedback as to as if that was done nor receipt of my mail. For such a reputable insurance company, your staff is letting you down. At this point I'm so frustrated that I would rather change insurance companies than having to deal with this level of incompetence.
