i called in customer care this morning i spoke to Busani and i wanted to speak to someone higher as i have been sending email but there is no response he promised me that his manger Laurens Van Zyl will call me back am still waiting and told him this urgent can someone give me a call need to discuss my policy with someone who can understand my background and dont see any reason for appointng a broker ask them to deal with this but wat they doing its coming back to me and say to me my insurance can only offer my certain parcentage discound need someone to go to my ccredit berau profile and check that all my expenses a month its more than my salary realy want to be with you guys but only if you can bring back my premiums to what it was when i joined you am struggling am working for nothing dont see any reason waking up everyday coming to work while am left wth nothing every month if that the case then will to come to conclusion where will have to sell my car and and mayb can see what am i working for i know had calims with you and you are doing business but things not gud on my side.
