No Emergency Assitance for Platinum Woman

<p>I hit a pothole on my way home last night and my tyre was a complete write off. My Platinum Woman package is meant to include free emergency roadside assistance. I called them just before 11pm last night stating I am a woman alone with my two boys in the car and that I needed assistance to change my tyre. I waited such a long time that I eventually tried to change the tyre myself - as I really needed to get my kids home and in bed. An hour and a half later an armed response company co-incidentally drove past me and offered their help. So the ONE time I needed Emergency Road Assistance, Alexander Forbse's Emergency Services never showed up. I find that absolutely unacceptable.</p>
