No communication

I was in an accident in December 2015. Submitted my claim and it was approved. There was also damage to a third party's vehicle. Despite several messages left consultant is failing to returns the calls from both the 3rd party and myself. The consultant (Tevin) is abrupt and told me I must stay out of this because it's non of my business although I'm the client.
