No common sense what so ever. ?....

This is a third party claim with A Forbes. Paper work was requested and duly supp**** and an email was resived from Aforbs confirming the paperwork was in order and everything was on track. Two days later a further email was sent from another incompident clark at Aforbes stating that there was outstanding paper work an nothing can be done untill this was resived. However on enquiring what was wrong im told that what one clark does is not what is exceptable by another. REALLY ..... ? ? Im now close to three months trying to sort this small claim out. Im then told, I should contact my attorney to explain the requirments for this claim, this idiot that has no common sence and is clearly not intrested in helping people that have a claim with his company is to stupid to look and see what has been forwarded at the request of his department. I tried to get these people on the telephone from 12:30 and was told that they wete on lunch and would be back at three pm. WOW I think I will apply for a job there 2.5hr lunch break. I also spoke to a charming lady that assured me that they only have half hour lunch dreaks. Aforbs was my short term insurance broker now I know why I left.
