NO CLIENT SERVICE AND NO PHONE SERVICE!!!! CLAIM NOT BEEN RELAYED!!!!!
What a useless Insurance Company!!!!! No client Service at all to start with. *********** and untrained people working for Momentum. Tried from 10am the whole day te get put through to the right Department and phone calls been dropped putting me through to the wrong Departments even if a person chooses the right option! Then with every phone call they put it down in a clients ear!!!! This house is totally not in order. I need to relay my info through for my claim and need to sit with this ****, but my monthly payment is good enough!!!! Worst Insurance Company EVER!!!! Stay away and find a different Company people!
