No cancellation confirmation for policy

Hi. We have asked our broker three times in the last two weeks to please cancel our policy with you. We are imigrating and no longer require the insurance. Our house has sold and we do not own it anymore, therefore do not want to be paying house insurance. We also don't require your household contents insurance anymore. The policy must stop on 30 September 2018 midnight. Please can you confirm this has been done or do it for us urgently. Your website isn't working when I try to contact you or register online so that I can try and cancel this policy myself. This is urgent. Failing a response from you I will be putting a stop order on my bank account.
