No Call Back after 5 requests.......

No Call Back after 5 requests....... I am urgently in need of a short term insurance quote. With this I called up Momentum, my first choice for insurance. The consultant at the other end agreed to call me back as courtesy. He said he would call back immediately....he never called back? I called Momentum a further 5 times yesterday and each time the person at the other end promised to call me back, but never did. Does Momentum purposefully do this to avoid call back costs? Or do they not need the business? In these tough times its clear to see how they value new business. Momentum your service sucks!!
