No assistance when requested

It's been more than a week since I've requested assistance from my broker, yet I have not had any joy. I requested a call back and after one attempt they have not contacted me again, in spite requesting a call back again. Why do I have a broker when she is not willing to assist me when I require help; then when I contact the insurance department directly, they are also not making any effort. Poor customer service as always!
