No Action No Call back No Response

Since 11 December 2017 I have been calling Alexander Forbes Insurance requesting assistance in a car accident claim. They keep on saying Legal is working on it, but I cannot speak to legal , for they will contact me. Eventually I wrote an email to there enquiring section. Included in my mail is my case number and still no response. I’m still waiting , .....
