****nio was as previously very friendly, kind, helpfull and accommodating
****nio was as previously very friendly, kind, helpfull and accommodating. I like being able to speak to the same agent, they might not remember each client but I remember an agent if I speak to them more than once. ****nio has great attitude and client service. He is an asset to Momentum for sure
