I’ve had cover with Momentum for morethan 3 years and this is the first time anyone has been patient enough to run through my cover in an effort for me to understand what I am paying for! He was clear in how he communicated, he made sure I understood, he was patient and very friendly, you could tell from his product knowledge that he knew what he was talking about and his soft skills were brilliant too with moments of comic relief. I thoroughly enjoyed being engaged, by him especially since contacting insurance is usually such a daunting exercise. Wishing ****nio all of the best in everything he does, he trully deserves to be recognised! If it were up to me, he’d be handling bigger cases and portfolios. I really hope the company recognises people that go over and beyond the call of duty!
