Recently i wrote a review regarding the horrible service received from Alexandra Forbes , it only get worst , i requested for a recent copy of my insurance with my wife's car insurance , which was required by the Standard Bank as proof , that the car was insured.i asked them about 1 month ago and to this day there was no response. Standard Bank has now got Hollard to ensure the car , until prove is provided.this is what i do not like of any company that is closing down , they do not care about the customers . i will never do business again with Alexander Forbes.
