Nearly impossible to get hold of a consultant
I am trying to make changes to my home and car insurance, spent 10 minutes with a consultant who was very helpful. They had to call me back, no problem but then I was transferred to the retention department and cut off. Please Momentum, I just need to change a few things, if you cant help me I will go somewhere else.
