****ndous service from Momentum insure

If I had half a star I would rate them that for efficiency in taking debit order but no service delivery. It's been almost 3 months waiting for a hijacked truck claim to be finalised. Quinton van Schalkwyk and Steven Engelbrecht are treating me like I stole my own truck. I have provided all info and still no reply from them. Monthly I am losing money to a hired trailer hoping they would finalise the claim but alas, no one cares.

I wish I could have known better before signing up that they still employ people that treat crime victims as the actual *********. I spend just under R20k for both personal business insurance, it all feels like money down the drain each month since December.
