Natasha from Momentum is remarkable

I had a wonderful experience changing my vehicle insurance yesterday. I dealt with Natasha Herbert who seamlessly took me through the entire process, she was so incredibly easy to deal with, so professional, she made what is normally a fairly mundane process fun and easy, her knowledge and professionalism is top notch, her sense of humour and patience with me whilst I tried to give her all the correct information was really appreciated. Natasha is remarkably good at what she does, I was tremendously impressed. Well done and thank you Natasha and Momentum! 10 out of 10!!
