My car is still at the workshop

Referring to case no 076/514026 on behalf of my boss. Her car has been at the panel beaters for over 2 months. when she went to fetch her car she saw that the bumper was skew and the bottom cover was missing. She returned the car and Alexander Forbes promised to meet with the panel beaters and sort out the problem last week Monday. Today 8 days later there is no response from you. The car is barely 4 month and of those 4 months it has been at the panel beaters for nearly 3. Please assist as this is an inconvenience. one claim resolution cannot take so long.
