My car is damaged and they're refusing to fix it

I moved to Durban and my car was damaged underneath by the driveway of my house. I logged a claim over 2 weeks ago. My car is currently with the assessors because it's overheating due to the damage. But Sean is telling me it can't be fixed cause the assessors said the over heating has nothing to do with the damage. My car is 10 months old. Was serviced in April. The overheating is caused by the damage under the car caused by the driveway. I pay insurance every month and I can not drive my car. You are agreeing to fix the body work which is not the reason my car went in for assessment. I don't need a pretty car, I need a working car. This is only being done cause I'm a woman. 2 other assessors including Peugeot have confirmed that the damage was caused by the driveway, I even sent the quote from Peugeot. I need the car fixed.
