My Best Claim Experience

I took a car and Household policy with Momentum Insure in December 2021, firstly the premium beat my expectation, it was lower than i expected. Momentum proved that there are still businesses that we can trust in South Africa. I recently In June made an accident claim on my car. I spoke to Ethan and later was helped by Promise Sadiki. both at the claims department. these two have represented their company so well by taking care of me when I needed them most. the assurance that the car will be fixed and reminding me of their promise on the contract. Promise even went on to check if there's progress on fixing my car from the supplier's side. I do not feel guilty when declining calls from Insurance companies trying to sell me their offering on short term insurance. my response is always "i am sure that no company will beat the package I was given by Momentum"and at that time I had not even claimed yet.
