Spoke to Musa Prince this morning and the aim of my call was to cancel my policy. Not only did he change my mind on that but he also managed to help me with other issues that I had on the policy as well. He has had a great impact on my view of the company. Excellent customer care. Do not lose him as an employee. He is great. Thank you again Musa for all your help
