Motorcycle Accident claim

Was in a motorcycle accident. The emergency assistance was very good. Onwaba the consultant was very diligent and help following the procedures to process the claim - 5 stars here.

However the let down 1) the assessors did not try enough to have the motorcycle repaired. They quoted only agent sourced parts and labor only. Even when i proved parts could be purchased aftermarket or panels repaired instead of replaced. 2) There is no motorcycle accident repairer on their list of approved panel of accident repairers. How can a motorcycle be insured without this?

A plus side, I was assisted with having my motorbike returned to my home address as part of it being salvaged. Other than the scratched on the panels it is still in a mechanically sound.
