MOST PATHETIC SERVICE BY FAR
Worst insurance claims experience by far. It's been 4 weeks since we logged a claim for a sc**** on our front bumper and we still haven't returned our car. They promised to return our car last week but there was a delayed and confirmed that we will receive the car today.
Yesterday we were told that they needed to order a part and they didn't receive it. HOW PATHETIC.
Basically what they are saying is that it's taken them three weeks to order a window washer, so hard to believe.
I am at my wits end and feel like taking our commercial and personal insurance to another company.
