The service providers they use are u professional, u dig ified and just plain rude and ***********. I called them at 17h33 for emergency roadside assistance, my car's battery went flat and it won't start, I was stranded at the parking area of a mall. I spoke to lady, Lejuane, who said she'll call me back in 5 to 10 minutes. By 18h00 she still hasn't called back. When I called the line was busy and I kept for 45minutes, I dropped it. I called back and held for another 30th nuts, eventually by 19h17 someone answered, just to tell me it will take Another 45min to 1hr before help arrives. I'm flabbergasted.</p>
