Most *********** insurance company in SA

Had an accident with my car on 5 Dec. 2018, AF send the car to Re New-It panelbeaters in Randburg. 2 Months later, no car or any help from AF. They are the most *********** insurance company in SA. Not even the" Head of the Customer Insights Unit" were willing to help. Send several mails to there complaints dep. but nothing happened. They are useless
