Mongezi keeps the 'Momentum' going!!!

I am very happy and feel 'wowed' at the pro-active feedback and service received from Mongezi Sibande. I am one to advocate and make a fuss if I get good service.

Sadly we've been getting so accustomed to mediocre service in our country and at times we are quick to complain when things goes wrong. However, we don't always take the time to celebrate and commend others when they are not just doing a good job, but also going a bit further in getting, and keeping customers happy.

Thanks for the sterling service Mongezi, with the passion and right attitude you will be going places my friend. We need more brand ambassadors like yourself delivering excellent service.

Mongezi originally registered my claim. And without me expecting a call, I received a delightful call from him advising on the outcome of things and set me at ease of how things will proceed moving forward. I appreciate the courtesy.
