Momentum's terrible vehicle accident claim experience

I received a terrible service from Momentum Insurance and their claim consultant was Aubrey Mo***eng. They took more than two weeks to approve my vehicle accident claim, the repair took almost 2 months to complete. Momentum cost the delay by looking for old used parts while the new parts were available this was confirmed by the repairer ( Precision Autospray). Momentum refused to provide me with a rental car even when it was clear they were responsible for the delay. During this period I had to spend about R14 000 paying for rental vehicles from my pocket. The entire treatment was terrible.
