Momentums sends out the most useless plumbers they can find

Momentum uses USELESS service providers!!! On Sunday 09/06/2024 se reported a burst water pipe. At 14:10 the plumbers pitched, checked where I showed them the leak. I gave them an easier, faster way to fix the issue by not having to dig as it is an underground leak. The guy went back to his bakkie where he sat with his colleague for another 10mins before coming to tell me "we can't fix it now. We will send a quote to the insurance and come back first thing in the morning."

It is now 10:10 on 10/06/2024 and I am still waiting. The plumber that was here does not answer his phone. Their office number on the service provider's document does not work. The cellphone number on their document belongs to some unemployed lady that has no idea why people are calling her all the time...

How can such a big and well-known insurance company associate themselves with service providers like this?! Charging their customers a premium, but getting the cheapest service provider so they can profit the most it seems.

Now we are left sitting without water, with a 9-month old baby we need to take care of.
