Momentum’s assessor took my car to ESP (Elegant Square Panelbeaters) on the 5th April 2024 and to-date I still do not have my car repaired! It’s always been months of endless emails asking for assistance with escalating the matter from them but alas! ESP kept claiming they are awaiting missing parts to repair my car. My car “supposedly” moved to repairs since last week. Was told to expect it Friday 31/05/2024. It’s the 7th of June just over two months waiting. This week ESP was “painting” the car. Momentum just like ESP doesn’t seem to care. If anyone is with Momentum and they want to take your car to ESP, refuse! Unless you’re ok with paying premiums for a car you don’t have for months on end! With no ETA! Momentum even hiked my premiums in my period of waiting! I’m not happy with them at all!
