Momentum you rock!
My house was flooded and I contacted Momentum immediately for assistance. Nolwazi Ntamo assisted me throughout my claim. She listened attentively, reassured me that all will be ok. She always kept me in the loop and gave me constant feedback. I am so grateful that she answered my call that day!

02 Jul 2024, 22:42Suggestion: if a consultant, that a client has been dealing with is on leave, please could you nominate one other consultant to assist the client. I have now been approached by 4 different consultants who expect me to bring them up to speed regarding my flood crisis.
It has already been challenging to deal with the aftermath of the destruction and it's really tiresome to have to repeat the situation to 4 different consultants.
Dealing with one consultant eliminates repetition and miscommunication.
