Momentum worst service ever

This is the worst customer service i have ever had to deal with. I have been ohoning and emailing them regarding my car and the address i updated and everytime they tell me someone higher will pgone me they cant help me i had to explaine this to about 5 people now and this is *******. The quote i received for my car and the amount that was deducted is a joke they say they will phine me and 2 days later i get a call from someone who doesnt know anything but wants to tell me why my amount is different and as yet no word from them . i will def find a nother place to insure my car and make sure who ever is in m family and with momentum gets moved to .
