Momentum - Worst Insurer ever

I am a 75 year old pensioner who has my building and contents insured with Momentum. I had a burglary whilst away on holiday and subsequently submitted a claim to Momentum. I have just been advised that my claim for the contents (Tv, Bed and and some other small items) has been repudiated. The reason for this is based solely on the assessors recommendation and THEORY about the burglary which he then ultimately claims that I was negligent. His entire THEORY has not a shred of evidence to support it but yet Momentum takes his THEORY and repudiates the claim. Now there is a premium paid every month for this insurance so how can Momentum not honor the claim based on assumptions rather than facts? It appears that this is a company that tries every which way to weasel its way out of paying claims and I wouldn't be surprised if these assessors get a nice "bonus" for every claim they recommend be repudiated.
