Momentum wear and tear

I have felt with these people for years .Changed from king price friend said they are good Sent my iPhone to them for repairs,after couple weeks had to go to repair shop looking for my phone .Got there it was in pieces they could not open so they erased everything Finally got phone and had to recover all my email data and most numbers gone .Finally took it back and they said can’t fix it battery was also different.Changed battery and gave it back Still not right so insurance said it can’t be fixed gave 250 Refund and that was that My daughter had to buy me a second had phone They never even gave me back value of phone Then had my outside awning break in one corner.Inspector said no it is wear and tear.I showed him fitted new gutter cutoff rusted gutter off and fitted new .He said it broke in the corner and said to him I water proofed while 10.5 metre gutter myself 80 years old How could I see into the corner .They just told me to ****** off wear and Tear.My pool motor packet up and they collected it .Waited two week came back wear and tear .Poolndoctor who inspected it just said nonsense replaced small part charged me 850 and brought it back .This is momentum wear and tear new name .Fridge started making noise as if door was open .There guy idiot came in looked took picture of panel .Got answer wear and tear .Got fridge company in used to work for Samsung .Showed me have to open front panel to Check.Said small part had to be replaced and fixed it .Paid him and that was that .wall hade developed large crack on one side next to next door peoples driveway .Phoned insurance inspector turned up and Got reply no won’t fix it ground must have got under wall and weakened it Would not help ..By they way roof quote was 32000 .At 80 fixed it myself cost me 8100 rand better than new and repainted whole thank .At my age do you think I have been fairly treated they could have helped along the line but refused everything Don van zyl 14 doddington way platterkloof glen *** Run away people you going to get nothing done
