Momentum wants to **** me by agreeing on something that is not on paper.
My car was bumped by a momentum client, their assessor has missed damaged parts on their quote and they are refusing to amend the quote but they are promising me over the phone that they will pay for additional charges should there be any and they are refusing to amend the settlement letter to include what they are promising me. I will take this matter to court, I cannot be ****med during day light. Useless car insurer and they **** innocent people whereas people are paying monthly installments to make themselves rich.
