Momentum VERY Disappointing , claims refused

Very disappointed with Momentum,they seem to have a reputation of not paying out for home insurance claims and will send out their "assessors'to find every excuse not to remedy the problem .Having being previously with Outsurance I never had a home claim refused.A pipe hidden in the wall has caused water damage and they sent out a company which can't find the fault.A while back the exact same problem was sorted out by Outsurance whereby they sent out a contractor to complete the job.Think twice about insuring your home with momentum.Very unhappy cuatomer.
