MOMENTUM USELESS INSURANCE
This is the WORST Insurance Company EVER. I will never refer this USELESS Company to anybody. I logged a Claim with Momentum, they Declined because the Service Provider they use doesn't know what they doing. I then got my own Service Provider to Assist and they knew what they was Doing. I then Dispute the Decline for the Claim. I even spoke to the Claims Team Manager - Nonhlanhla Cilo who said they will Call me back in 48 Hours. More than 5 Days went Past didn't hear a Thing. I really Looks like they don't CARE or WORRY about their Client's. It like all the Companies out there that wants your MONEY AND OFFER NO SERVICE AT ALL. I made a Massive mistake to move to MOMENTUM USELESS INSURANCE. Will get my Policy Cancelled as soon as Possible at this USELESS COMPANY.
