Momentum Towing Partner take vehicles to where ever they like

While stationary at a traffic light, my son was hit from the back by another car. The damage was minimal but because the left break line was leaking brake fluid we decided to allow the towing company (Precision Towing) to tow the car to the agreed assessment centre, GoBid in Centurion. Turns out they they instead towed it to their own yard and later to Zambezi BMW. I have been trying since last week Wednesday to locate the car and get it to the right place for repairs but to this date I am still struggling. This is unacceptable as I feel that there are some underhanded dealings happening here . I would like this matter investigated as soon as possible. Claim number CP***MP55 has been logged but I still do not have answers as to the whereabouts of the car and the assessment done.
