Momentum - Tiro Dolamo

I'm not in the habit of praising service in a country that in my experience is severely lacking, but I have to acknowledge that there is on the very rare occasion an exception to this and I'm happy to be proven wrong in a situation where the personal experience is highly emotive and upsetting.

As a family we suffered the unfortunate incident of a vehicle accident on Saturday morning. The accident occurred on a busy public road which drew the attention of many motorists and consequently public services were on the scene i.e. Police, Fire Department, Tow Trucks. Despite it being an accident there are always some bruised egos as a result.

Once we were able to get the vehicle back to our residence, I proceeded to inform our insurance company and this is where I have to say that I was impressed beyond measure. I encountered an empathetic and understanding individual by the name of Tiro Dolamo. His manner and handling of the situation assisted in managing our anxiety of mornings event and deserves recognition for it. It is also obvious to me that Momentum have understood the emotional state people find themselves in when faced with such a situation and they too should be commended for the training of their staff.

We don't know what the outcome is yet for our little vehicle, but are hopeful of a swift and speedy resolution so that we put this unfortunate experience behind us.
