Momentum terrible service.

Pathetic service from this insurance company. I’ve been waiting for more than a month to get my claim settled. My consultant is Sifundo Batakati. I’ve had to get documents fro my previous insurance company which is his”job” which he seems to be *********** to do. He NEVER calls me back and this has been ongoing for a month now. I never asked to get burgled why is it so difficult for him to to his job after I had to do all the work for him. He should quit and let someone that can do the job be employed in his place. PATHETIC!!!!!!
