Momentum sucks
Storm damage to my home in November 2025. Keep telling me my roof pitch is wrong. From pillar to post with a lot of stories. It seems that some of the staff are not trained very well and the buck is always passed to the next person. If they would apoint 1 person to take on a claim that was totally competent and responsible for that claim it would alleviate all the frustrations which continue day by day. I have 1 vehicle that had been in the panel shop since December 2025 and a home wirh storm damage since November 2025.
